Lout!<\/em>&#8221; yelled Denny. &#8220;This is nothing to joke about! How would we get by without <em>jerry-rigged conveniences<\/em> such as the garbage can?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jim put his head in his hands and <em>he shook it twice<\/em>.
